Wallace Properties, Inc. was formed in 1977 by our Chairman and CEO, Robert C. Wallace, to manage a small portfolio. As the Company acquired more properties, a Property Management team was created to manage the growing portfolio. It soon became apparent that a Brokerage team would be needed to handle the leasing and sales aspects of the portfolio. The next logical step for the Company was to expand its services to third-party property management and brokerage in the Greater Seattle area.
In the last quarter century, Wallace Properties has grown from a small property management company into a full service commercial real estate enterprise, providing the highest quality commercial property management, brokerage and investment services. The Company enables owners, investors and tenants to achieve their commercial real estate goals by providing comprehensive services by some of the brightest, most experienced and successful professionals in the industry.
