Wallace Properties Named One of Puget Sound's Top Brokerage Firms

BELLEVUE, WA – CoStar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP) has selected Wallace Properties, Inc. as a CoStar Power Broker Award winner, an annual award recognizing the "best of the best" in commercial real estate brokerage by spotlighting the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year in 2008.
Wallace Properties qualified as one of the top brokerage firms in the Puget Sound based on its total leasing and sale transactions closed during the year. In order to be selected for this honor, Wallace Properties was measured against commercial real estate brokerage firms active in its region by CoStar Group, the largest, independent research organization in commercial real estate, and subsequently ranked among the top firms in the market.
CoStar also named Wallace Properties’ Senior Retail Broker, Monica Wallace, as one of only 15 individual CoStar Retail Leasing Power Brokers in this market. Monica has been with Wallace Properties for nine years and has been the firm’s top producer for the past two years. This is her third year being named a CoStar Power Broker.
