Wallace Properties Signs Big Lots to Gateway Center in Yakima

YAKIMA, WA – Wallace Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Big Lots has signed a lease to occupy 34,410 square feet at Gateway Center. As the nation’s largest broadline closeout retailer, Big Lots will be joining Target and OfficeMax as co-anchors and will be occupying approximately half of the former Food Pavilion space. Construction will continue throughout the summer with a target opening date of Fall 2010.
