Broker, John Zunick, leases 108,000 square foot building to Seattle Goodwill.
About Goodwill:
Goodwill operates 20 retail thrift stores and nine Job Training and Education Centers throughout the central and north Puget Sound region. Last year they provided job training and education programs and services to nearly 4,000 people.
Net proceeds from retail sales provide funds for programs and are offered at no cost to low income individuals with barriers to employment.
About John Zunick:
John has over 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate both in Brokerage and Development, his primary focus is in representing Tenants and Buyers in identifying, analyzing and acquiring target properties. John also has several ownership groups that he has represented for many years.
