Wallace Properties Sells Washington Federal Savings Building for $3.5 Million

REDMOND, WA - Wallace Properties, Inc. has announced the sale of the Washington Federal Savings Building, located at 16200 Redmond Way in Redmond, WA, for $3.5 million to Columbia Bank. Ellen Post and Bob Wallace with Wallace Properties represented the seller, Washington Federal Bank; Rick Sanders with Orion Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.

Built in 1952, the freestanding building encompasses 5,360 square feet, a drive-through lane and on-site parking, and it sits on approximately 0.4 acres of land in the heart of Redmond’s central business district.
