As Accounting Manager, Carol Lindstrom is responsible for the Financial Management of Wallace Properties, Inc, Portfolio. Carol oversees and trains the Accounting Department in all financial aspects including: accounts receivable and payable, financial statement preparation, bank statement reconciliation, commission billing and payment processing, payroll and quarterly tax reporting operations for all of the Company’s management accounts.
Carol also serves as the principal liaison with Wallace Properties’ CPA firm, Clark Nuber P.S. Additionally, Carol serves as the lead in our Human Resources department where she takes charge of employee relations, hiring staff, employee benefits and company policies.
Prior to joining Wallace Properties Inc, Carol was a Senior Accountant for The Boys and Girls Club in Anchorage, AK.
